Trinity Homes + OSU

The Client
Trinity Homes is a major developer in the Columbus market since 1963. They knew that they needed an effective content and social marketing strategy to begin to illuminate their brand. Traditional methods of print and radio were falling flat, and they knew that their target market would respond well to an organized content strategy, campaign development in a joint effort with OSU and IMG for the Great Home Giveaway, and an overall targeted email marketing automation plan post the GHG sweepstakes.

The MJ2 Effect
Our project started with Discovery, and fully uncovering the buying journey for their largest targeted customer. All new creative was developed by our creative team as pitched within this proposal, and a detailed content blueprint was developed jointly with OSU and HER around the Great Home Giveaway; BIA Parade of Homes, and other key events. This project is currently in its sixth month of roll-out, with amazing results and direct traffic increases to the website and inventory homes.
