Priority Mortgage wanted to be the first in the mortgage industry to embrace social marketing to help develop local leads and referrals. They also wanted a robust communications strategy and content blueprint to maximize online reputation management outside of their website. After strategy sessions with MJ2, it was determined that Facebook would be the primary tool for all Priority Loan Officers to increase their brand awareness, and to stay competitive in the mortgage/lending vertical.
The MJ2 Effect
Our project took Priority Mortgage through a thorough communications strategy, Facebook ad campaign strategy, and identified new target audiences to influence through online resources. We have set up a parent/child page relationship with Priority and the 22 Loan Officers, and to date, conversations are happening, and requests for loan applications are being submitted directly through Facebook.
