When existing client, Ohio Real Title, expanded its title company to a new market in Naples, Florida, the leadership team turned to MJ2 Marketing for a full range of marketing services. The Naples branch operates as Venture Title Services, and though using a different name, carries with it ORTs commitment to exceptional customer service, relaxed culture, and open door policy.
The Opportunity
With no established branding for the newly created Venture Title Services, the team came to MJ2 for help. There was a need for the creation of a logo and branding elements that would become the foundation of their digital and non-digital marketing efforts. The MJ2 creative team developed a comprehensive brand identity with logo variations, brand coloration, and typography.
After establishing brand elements and specifications, Venture needed a website that would bring the Ohio Real Title feel to the new market in a relevant way. This included implementing a fresh and colorful look and feel to match the Florida market and help Venture stand out with sleek design elements throughout the website.
The Outcome
The MJ2 team created the user-friendly website, being mindful to carry through design and brand elements established at the beginning of the project to truly set the tone for Venture Title Services. The end result is a website that is clearly in the Florida market, has elements influenced by the parent brand Ohio Real Title, yet still stands alone to represent a world-class title agency.
After the launch of the website, Venture asked the MJ2 team to develop a marketing strategy that included establishing and managing their digital marketing platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, email marketing, advertising, blog management, and more.
