Since 1963, Trinity has been building high quality, semi-custom and custom homes in 35 locations across Central Ohio, including many of the most desirable suburbs in the area. By offering a wide variety of customizable home plans, Trinity Homes allows families to build a home that fits their lifestyle now and in the future.

The Opportunity

To capitalize on one of the strongest housing markets in the country, Trinity Homes sought to elevate its brand with seamless imagery and content across all digital platforms with a cohesive marketing strategy. They needed a branding campaign that would allow them to build brand recognition while providing a streamlined way to communicate with their audience regarding available inventory homes, open houses, new communities, and company updates.

The Outcome

MJ2 Marketing collaborated with Trinity Homes to develop a cohesive brand as a semi-custom home builder dedicated to building homes for Central Ohio families that resonated within the Columbus housing market. In addition to brand imagery and content, MJ2 developed a consistent email cadence for Trinity to communicate with its audience, as well as vibrant social media communities supplemented with paid advertising.
