A visionary in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Carol Clinton founded Timeless Skin Solutions in 2004, and ultimately grew the business to two locations in Dublin and New Albany while becoming one of the top 1% of injectors of BOTOX in the nation. With a 98% patient satisfaction rate, Timeless Skin Solutions saw the opportunity to elevate their brand to match their outstanding reputation in Central Ohio and beyond.
The opportunity.
After recently expanding, Timeless Skin Solutions sought the counsel of MJ2 Marketing to elevate their brand beyond their in-house marketing capabilities. This was to include the aesthetics of the brand from visual imagery to finding the voice of the brand, and enhancing their digital communities to match the personal connection Timeless has with its patients.
The outcome.
MJ2 Marketing completely revamped the messaging and imagery that Timeless Skin Solutions used to represent their brand, as well as developed their voice as both a leader in the aesthetic medicine industry and friend and guide to their patients on their skincare journey. The strategy included multiple content pieces each month, developing vibrant social communities on Facebook and Instagram, and a comprehensive email campaign that targeted segments of their client list throughout the month with focused messaging to encourage patient engagement and ultimately visits to the website and practice. It also included the launching of an influencer marketing cadence, with Timeless patients becoming brand advocates and speaking on behalf of the brand.
The Influencers.
Recognizing that brand ambassadors and social influencers can be a powerful tool in the aesthetic medicine industry, MJ2 helped Timeless to launch their Timeless Insiders program. Timeless Insiders is an exclusive program that encourages our most avid fans to be public ambassadors for Timeless while receiving exclusive benefits and “first look” access to Timeless staff and latest news, products, and services. The Insiders program was launched with an influencers event, and includes a private Facebook Group, monthly emails, and a vibrant online community that encourages conversation and sharing by our Insiders with their networks and the Timeless audience.
The Creativity.
Prior to engaging with MJ2, Timeless staff managed their own social media presence, but it lacked consistent and elevated imagery that detracted from their brand. The MJ2 creative team immediately went to work to create imagery for multiple campaigns to express different attributes of the Timeless brand. We have since carried this imagery throughout all of the digital and social platforms, creating a cohesive look for the brand that is indeed thumb-stopping and immediately recognizable as being #Timeless.
