The K-12 Title IX team at Bricker & Eckler LLP assists school districts with their efforts to comply with the final Title IX Regulations that were published by the U.S. Department of Education on May 19, 2020, and became effective on August 14, 2020. The regulations required significant changes to the Title IX Grievance Policy, as well as to the procedures required for K-12 educational institutions receiving federal funding.
Bricker’s K-12 Title IX team wanted to provide their clients with a user-friendly online program that would give them quick access to model templates and forms necessary for compliance. In addition, they wanted to provide a decision flowchart online to help guide them through the process and provide access to the necessary materials.
The MJ2 Marketing web development team helped them meet their goal by creating a website that provides access to the K-12 Title IX Toolkit resources, self-serve account registration, integrated payment processing, and an easy-to-use administrator interface. Unlike the printed paper materials they previously relied upon, the digital program is continually updated to reflect changes to the regulations and best practices. The K-12 Title IX Toolkit is a win for both the Title IX Team and their clients.
“The team at MJ2 has provided us with the digital strategy we have needed to continue to grow our business year after year. They’re also fun people to work with!”
