The client.

As the only firm in Columbus recognized as a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) by the National Association of Home Builders, Compass Homes has been guiding clients to custom built homes with More Square Per Square Foot™ for more than 10 years. The CGB recognition underlies their dedication to the craft of homebuilding, as well as to the management of their business. The results of this process-driven culture can be seen in its 26 Parade of Home awards, 21 Building Industry Association awards, and placement on the Columbus Business First “Fast 50” list from 2010 to 2016.

The opportunity.

While Compass Homes builds high quality, custom boutique homes with More Thought Per Square Foot™, their website failed to reflect the same high-quality experience. With difficult navigation, outdated and low quality imagery, and slow load speeds, it was time for a new site that accurately reflected their outstanding craftsmanship and service, and was More Thought Per Pixel.

The outcome.

Our design and web development teams collaborated to create an elevated website that would engage visitors and provide an enhanced user experience including an interactive map, improved navigation, and a captivating photo gallery showcasing the architectural detail of a Compass Homes home. In addition to the website project, MJ2 and Compass Homes have enjoyed an on-going partnership that has improved their digital presence across social networks and through digital advertising to help them reach their custom homes sales goals each year.
