The Client

Serving Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia for over 30 years, the leadership team at BesTitle Title Agency decided it was time to refresh their brand’s look, update their website and expand their digital marketing efforts. BesTitle prides themselves on standing out from others in their industry by providing genuine, professional services with exceptional communication to each of its customers.

The Opportunity

Thanks to the referral of a former client of MJ2 Marketing, the BesTitle leadership team reached out when they decided it was time for a new website to current and be helpful for visitors, providing the information needed and an organized, eye-appealing manner. MJ2 guided the BesTitle team through a branding session that involved interviews with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the company, and competitive analysis.

Based on the discovery process, the MJ2 team developed the brand’s Mission, Vision, and Value Statements, refined the logo and brand coloration and guidelines, and created guidelines for developing the brand’s “voice” for its future marketing efforts.  The team found the perfect balance of branding a multi-state company with a small-town feel.

After establishing brand elements and specifications, BesTitle needed a website that would convey the core values of the company in a way that resonated within its markets and communities. This included implementing a look and feel to match the tri-state region and help BesTitle stand out within the real estate industry as being a leader in title services.

The Outcome

The MJ2 team created an SEO-focused and user-friendly website, being mindful to carry through design and brand elements established at the beginning of the project to truly set the tone for BesTitle. The end result is a website that captures the feel of the tri-state region, while distinguishing it from others in its industry.

After the launch of the website, BesTitle asked the MJ2 team to develop an executable marketing strategy that included establishing and managing their digital marketing platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, email marketing, printed marketing material, business cards, advertising, blog management, and more.
