Part-time Bookkeeper/Office Manager

We are a fun, agile, active digital marketing agency located in Dublin, Ohio. We have a dynamic in-office atmosphere and are looking for a part-time bookkeeper to help us as we are growing!  Our staff consists of ten individuals currently.

Time management will be essential as this is a flexible position that will work with the ebb and flow of agency  life.  In-office would be two half days each week with the rest remote (we can work around most schedules as long as it makes sense.)

He or she will handle the fundamental aspects of an agency’s financial record keeping. She/he will also be in charge of updating all financial records of the agency and producing financial reports for leadership, while assisting in other agency management tasks.

The bookkeeping office administrator also handles the agency’s and records financial transactions such as outgoing and incoming checks. This person will also handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconcile bank statements with our outside CPA; manage the profit-loss statement and balance sheets; assist with payroll (managed by outside CPA)  and receive requests for general office needs. Our billing is done at month-end and this position will be intimately involved with that process.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with bookkeeping and is a quick learner. He/she must know Quickbooks software, while also be a strong communicator to communicate with our management team and owner and outside CPA, vendors and other leadership. Finally, the ideal candidate must be discreet and trustworthy, as he/she will handle numbers and other confidential materials.
