Vutech and Ruff, Cutler Real Estate, came to MJ2 Marketing as a direct referral from the corporate work we had done for Cutler Real Estate in 2017. The Cutler marketing department felt that our team at MJ2 would help elevate the online brand of Vutech and Ruff brokerage, to be consistent with the elevated experience you receive from working with the VR agents in and around Columbus. 

Marilyn Vutech & Jeff Ruff formed the Vutech | Ruff partnership in 1993. Today, the team consists of fourteen licensed real estate agents and four full-time administrative assistants who specialize in all areas of real estate including Buying, Selling, Investing, and Relocation.

We began with a full audit of their digital footprint, including the website, social media platforms, and paid media strategy. Once we understood where Vutech | Ruff was, we were better able to create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to move them forward. 

We made technical, navigation, and content updates to the website while really honing in on the social platforms, how they were structured, and how their individual agents were utilizing them to tell their own story. From there we made creative recommendations to how they portray their brand digitally from a creative perspective and developed a content blueprint to give strategy to their messaging across the board.

Path forward:

On a monthly basis, the MJ2 Content Marketing team provides the overall digital strategy for Vutech | Ruff, guided by the quarterly Content Blueprint. We create custom blog content each month that is search-engine optimized and helps to both tell the Vutech | Ruff story, as well as to position them as experts in the Columbus real estate market. 

From that content plan, along with the active listings, open houses, and sold properties, our team creates a custom newsletter that each agent can personalize with their own brand; curate on social platforms; and manage their paid media. Of course, all of this is guided by analyzing the data and performance of each tactic and making necessary adjustments.
