Timeless Skin Solutions reached out to MJ2 Marketing in 2018 to elevate the overall Timeless brand for a complete omnichannel experience. At the time, there was a turnover of in-house resources focused on marketing and the leadership team made a strategic decision to outsource their content, email, and organic and paid social media marketing to MJ2.
About Timeless Skin Solutions (an affiliate of DOCS Dermatology)
Founded in 2004 by Dr. Carol Clinton, Timeless grew to two locations in Dublin and New Albany while becoming one of the top 1% of injectors of BOTOX in the nation and one of the top aesthetic practices in Central Ohio. In 2020, Timeless joined DOCS Dermatology where it continues to grow, adding locations in Kettering and Mason.
When first engaged in 2018, MJ2 completely revamped the messaging and imagery that Timeless Skin Solutions used to represent their brand and developed their voice as both a leader in the aesthetic medicine industry and a guide to their patients on their skincare journey.
Content marketing strategy and results
The strategy included multiple content pieces each month, developing vibrant social communities on Facebook and Instagram, and a comprehensive email campaign that targeted segments of their client list throughout the month with focused messaging to encourage patient engagement and ultimately visits to the website and practice.
Paid Media
As Timeless continued to grow, the aesthetic industry was ongoing its own exponential growth. In order to enhance Timeless’ position in the market, MJ2 utilized paid media to stay top of mind among its patient base and potential new clients.
These efforts have led to vibrant online communities, product sales that are among the highest in the country for certain brands and booked appointments with both new and existing clients.
