A Seamless Digital Evolution for a People-First Title Company 

The Project 

Ohio Real Title (ORT), a growing multi-office title agency based in Northeast Ohio, first partnered with MJ2 Marketing back in 2018. At the time, their digital presence didn’t reflect who they really were – a trusted, relationship-driven company built on exceptional service. Enter MJ2.  

Over the past seven years, MJ2 Marketing has helped ORT amplify its brand and reach through a full-service digital marketing program, delivering everything from social media and content to email campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising. But as ORT continued to expand – adding new offices, services, and markets – it once again became critical to elevate their digital presence to match their evolving brand. 

Known for their people-first approach, ORT wanted a new website that went beyond functionality. They needed a digital experience that felt approachable, informative, and reflective of the brand experience their clients value. 

To make that happen, MJ2 started with a deep dive into brand strategy, which included:

With the brand foundation firmly in place, our team moved into the next phase: a full website redesign and build. 

The New Website Launch 

In mid-2025, MJ2 Marketing unveiled a completely reimagined website for Ohio Real Title, designed to be clear, user-friendly, and reflective of the brand’s story.

  • Dedicated pages for every office: Ten Ohio locations, plus two Florida offices under Venture Title Services, now each have their own space to showcase local expertise. 
  • Simplified navigation and service clarity: Buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate partners can quickly find the information they need without confusion. 
  • Dynamic visuals: Refreshed photography and graphics bring ORT’s team and office culture to life, showing the people behind the service. 
  • Helpful tools at your fingertips: Features like the Title Toolbox App make estimates and net sheets easy to access and use. 
  • Built for SEO and user experience: A strong SEO foundation supports local visibility and ensures visitors can navigate the site with ease. 

With this update, Ohio Real Title’s digital presence now reflects the same professionalism, personality, and people-first service approach that clients experience in person.  

The Results 

Since launching their refreshed brand and new website… 

  • Ohio Real Title has continued its expansion into new markets, including Central Ohio 
  • Users now have an easier time finding the right office, understanding the closing process, and accessing tools to help with buying or selling 
  • Inside the organization, the team is empowered with a modern CMS and design system, allowing them to maintain consistency across content and add new resources seamlessly as the company grows.
