
MJ2 Marketing is proud to announce the promotions of two standout leaders whose contributions have helped shape the agency’s success and future direction. Andrew Bash has been promoted to Associate Director of Tech Development + Data, and Ashley Allison to Associate Director of Client Services + Creative. Their advancement reflects MJ2’s core belief in growing from within and recognizing talent that embodies our values of excellence, partnership, intentionality, and agility.
Elevating Strategy with Data
Andrew Bash’s journey with MJ2 began in 2012 as an intern, and he joined the team full time in 2013. Over the past 12 years, he has been a driving force in building the agency’s technological infrastructure and expanding its data capabilities. His long-standing presence and leadership have helped shape MJ2.
“In the 12 years I’ve been here, MJ2 has always been an organization that elevates our clients’ brands by putting great people in positions to make an impact,” said Andrew. “Our team is stronger than ever, and I’m excited to be a part of where we’re going.”
In his new role as Associate Director of Tech Development + Data, Andrew will lead efforts to deepen MJ2’s technological foundation and refine its data-driven strategies. “I’m excited for this opportunity to improve our footprint in the digital marketing space, by both scaling up our web development capabilities to create more impactful and interactive online experiences, and by better integrating data into our processes and strategies,” he added.
Creative Leadership + Nurturing Relationships
Ashley Allison brings nearly a decade of combined experience at MJ2, having returned to the agency in 2023 after a six-year relocation to Florida. Her professional journey at MJ2 has been marked by a consistent commitment to strategy, mentorship, and excellence in creative execution.
“Returning to MJ2 after some time away reinforced just how special this agency is,” said Ashley. “Over my combined eight years here, I’ve seen firsthand how our focus on meaningful relationships, smart strategy, and creative excellence drives results. As I step into this new role, I’m energized by the opportunity to help shape the next generation of emerging talent and continue evolving our programmatic and creative work with precision and intentionality.”
In her new position as Associate Director of Client Services + Creative, Ashley will spearhead account strategy and creative innovation. Her leadership is rooted in MJ2’s belief that strategy should be personal, data-informed, and collaborative.
“At MJ2, we believe that strategy is stronger when it’s personal and rooted in data,” she said. “I’m thrilled to step into a leadership role that allows me to champion that vision by mentoring new team members, refining our media and creative execution, and ensuring our clients benefit from thoughtful, results-driven solutions.”
