When our client, The Dublin Community Foundation, decided they wanted to join the community-wide effort, The Big Table, we knew we wanted to be apart of it as well. We teamed up with them and area leaders to hose the conversation at our offices in Historic Dublin.
The conversation was one of many that took place across Central Ohio on August 29. We had lunch catered by Dublin’s own Tracy Mitchell (Trix’s Fixins) and the hour-long conversation commenced in our studio. Representatives from Dublin City Schools, The City of Dublin, Ohio Health, and other Dublin businesses and non-profits participated in this thoughtful discussion.
At the end of the hour long conversation, three common themes and core values about Dublin became evident – respect, inclusion, and giving.
Over 750 conversations were held in Columbus on behalf of The Columbus Foundation. Organizations such as COSI, The Ohio State Bar Association, and Columbus Public Health. Partners included The Columbus Metropolitan Library, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, The Ohio State University, and more.
We were grateful to be a part of this fun and important conversation. It was an excellent opportunity for MJ2 and The Dublin Community Foundation to build new relationships and network within the Dublin community to support our spirit of giving.
