Mark your calendars! The Ohio Interactive Awards are back and scheduled to take place April 23 at the Hollenbeck Bayley Conference Center in Springfield, Ohio.
Created in 2009, the Ohio Interactive Awards celebrate and recognize Ohio’s creative talent and the exceptional work produced by the interactive marketing community.
This year, the organization is teaming up with the Interact15 Marketing Conference, which will be held the same day as the awards. This all-day event has a packed agenda, including a fantastic lineup of lineup of knowledgeable speakers providing insight on how to implement successful campaigns, plans and strategies. Scheduled to speak is Joe Pulizzi, Nate Riggs, Dan Tyre and more!
What makes these awards so exceptional is that they were created by the interactive community for the interactive community. The interactive marketing world is full of innovative, creative leaders who are continuously changing the game of marketing. The Ohio Interactive Awards recognizes those talents while bringing the community together, creating a unique opportunity to connect and collaborate.
In 2011, the MJ2 Marketing team received an award for Social Web – best use of a social network to promote an organization, product, cause, etc. and create an ongoing dialogue with fans, customers and potential customers for our client, Columbus Diocese Office of Vocations, Face Forward: Connecting Catholic Youth. We received another award in 2013 for best use of social network for our Fire-Dex project.
These awards are relevant to the digital marketing community and we are so pleased to see their return this year. We look forward to reporting on all the excitement after the awards ceremony. Follow along this month using #OIA15 #Interact15.
