Human Resources + Office Manager
Bethany Kungle’s Professional Life
I earned my undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and then went on to earn my MBA from Xavier University while also finding my passion for Human Resources. My Capstone at Xavier gave me the opportunity to see what it was like to work in HR for a real company. Helping individuals find their personal career path and blending that with the company was such a rewarding feeling for me, I knew it was the career path I wanted to follow.
Soon after I landed at Borror, a property management, development, construction and real estate company, leading Human Resources for six years. While at Borror, I worked with MJ2 Marketing and built a close relationship with Megan and the rest of the team. Fast forward a few years, a family, and a couple of moves later, I knew it would be rewarding and fulfilling working with the MJ2 Team even before I knew the specifics of the position.
I love working with a group of people who I respect, and enjoy being able to support the MJ2 team. My contribution to the mission at MJ2 is to work for the team ensuring the company has the resources, skill sets, policies, and procedures in place to keep us efficient and help the company thrive.
Bethany Kungle’s Personal Life
I am from Green, Ohio outside of Akron. My husband is a civil engineer and we’ve been married for eight years. At the beginning of our marriage we moved to Columbus to develop a home base and have since had two girls, Eliza is three and Emme will be one in November. We now live in Westerville, and our world centers around our girls, while our weekends consist of house projects and feeding the outdoor ducks. I love taking time for myself to get lost in Target or TJ Maxx.
