Parks Edge Case Study

Barb Waters, a top-100 producer for RE/MAX, recently had us renovate her new real estate agency website. A sub-component of this project involved a landing page website for an upcoming condominium project in the Arena District, called Parks Edge. Barb knew the importance of being one of the first agents to offer Parks Edge living to potential buyers and wanted to get ahead of the game.

What We Did
First we met with Barb to explore how she wanted to promote herself as the authority on Parks Edge Condominium and Arena District Living.  We established the parameters of the site and began the development. We researched keywords that would be effectively used for search engine optimization. In addition, MJ2 secured various URLs for this new site that would all point to the same location of ParksEdgeLiving.com. These URLs included: liveinparksedge.com, parksedgearenadistrict.com, parksedgeliving.com, parksedgecolumbus.com, parksedgeresidential.com. Our photographer went down to the Parks Edge location and did a photo shoot to capture the various aspects of the development.

The Finished Product
