The website for Dublin based Scioto Properties was in need of a facelift. As a leading provider of disability housing in the United States, the leadership team knew it was time to update their current website to accurately reflect the high level of products and services they provide to people with disabilities across the country.
The Challenge
Having utilized the services of MJ2 five years earlier for a website “refresh”, Scioto Properties knew they were in good hands. A fresh, new appearance and impression was requested along with the high functionality of an informative and interactive online source for both provider organizations as well for individuals with disabilities in need of specialized housing. Equally important was the ability to provide back end access for their internal team of business development specialists to access and distribute appropriate information and materials to prospective clients.
The MJ2 Effect
The MJ2 web designers and writers began by spending the necessary time with the Scioto leadership team listening, learning and understanding exactly what it was that they wanted in terms of look, feel and functionality. Aligning with the existing branding of the company while infusing a new energy and engagement experience, the website underwent a complete transformation. The new Scioto Properties website was launched in early 2016. The result is a clean, informative, visually engaging site that allows visitors to obtain the information they are seeking quickly and easily.
