We recently began working with Priority Mortgage Corp., in Worthington. Priority Mortgage is a local mortgage bank, lending money for home loans around central Ohio and beyond for more than 27 years. Over 85% of Priority’s borrowers are either repeat customers or have been referred by someone they know and trust. Thus, their strength lies in their relationships. Leveraging these relationships into a vibrant online community is where we come in. The team at MJ2 is excited to bring them into the social universe to grow their client base, support their existing clients and recruit talented mortgage loan officers. We have a plan and an online purpose, and are really excited to get started with this campaign.
Everything must start with a plan, a strategy, and a content blueprint. We held a strategy planning session in early August to discuss their brand and what makes them different in the Columbus, Ohio mortgage market. And, if you’re wondering…the difference is professional, personal customer service. They are also doing business the way it should be done…with many personal follow ups and interactions. Now all they need is the online plug-in (enter Facebook) to further connect with and enhance those relationships.
We have created a custom landing page (see mock up below) to grow the existing e-mail marketing database, to link to their online pre-approval process and to attract talented sales people to join their team. Shout out to Buckeye Interactive for the design expertise and programming. Nice work!
