Each spring, our client Fire-Dex attends the largest firefighting training conference in Indianapolis, FDIC. This year, we helped Fire-Dex pivot their trade show messaging to raise awareness of the high risk of cancer in firefighters. Utilizing cancer statistics and introducing The Interceptor™ Package as a defense we developed the campaign theme “You Take Care of Them, We Take Care of You.”
The MJ2 graphic design team, lead by Creative Director Ashley Allison and Account Director Lisa Moore, defined and designed the creative elements, from sales sheets to booth displays to the billboard banner entering the hall, encouraging booth traffic and educating the fire service community.
Social media coverage before, during, after the event, including branded social media images, fan engagement, and promotion of giveaways to collect emails. To engage the Fire-Dex social audience and brand advocates that weren’t able to attend FDIC in person, we also ran a virtual giveaway. This online event followed the same protocol of collecting data for Fire-Dex to use for sales leads and email collection for future marketing opportunities.
Fire-Dex, a firefighter turnout gear manufacturer in Medina, Ohio, has been one of our digital clients of since January, 2011. In that time, our team has been instrumental in building and managing the Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest accounts for their Fire-Dex and TECGEN PPE brands.
